Laura Duncan Burget, Owner, Designer, has 23 years combined experience in the design and real estate industries.  She spent several years managing design selections for custom home builders in Northern Virginia. In addition, she was responsible for the estimating and purchasing of building materials.  Laura's experience with estimating and purchasing ensure her clients are getting the most for their money and with state of the art building materials and construction technology.  The size of the projects Laura has dealt with range from small basement renovations to ten-thousand square foot estate homes. Laura is comfortable working with conservative as well as ample budgets.  Her main goal is that each client feels their new space comfortably and uniquely accommodates all of their home living needs and is also a reflection of their creative vision.  Laura also designs kitchens, baths, closets, and even complete small residential homes.  She uses a combination of Autocad,  KCD, and ProKitchen software to produce working drawings.  Laura aims to get the most function out of every space she designs while still making it attractive, following her belief that good design is a careful balance of both function and form.

Laura's degree in Architectural Technology as well as her many years of real world experience in the field give her not only the knowledge of how to make homes look beautiful, but also how to make sure they functionally meet the unique needs of her clients.  Her experience allows her to give clients insight into how each and every design decision they make can affect other aspects of their home.  Through the years Laura has been pleased to be able to help many clients achieve their vision of a dream home.
